Your local CF Center can provide you with a CF Care Team. Your CF Care Team will be made up of different people that specialize in many aspects of CF care, and may include doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, psychologists and social workers.

Their close coordination is important because it provides you with continuity, knowledge of treatment advances and the ability to apply these in daily management. Having a CF Care Team ensures that you know who to talk to when you need help, because you have a group of people that know your specific situation.
