Blue Cheese Dip and Fries

This is great as a snack, or you can have it with a burger at lunch or dinner.

Blue Cheese Dip and Fries Recipe

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 cup of mayo

  • 1 cup of crumbled blue cheese

  • 1/2 cup of buttermilk

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 bag of frozen fries

Here’s what you do:

  1. Mix the mayo, blue cheese, buttermilk, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and salt. Stir until it’s combined but still chunky

  2. Add pepper, to taste

  3. Put the dip in the fridge while you make the fries

  4. Follow the directions on the back of the bag of fries

No Bake Cookies

Who has time to bake? These cookies are so easy – just mix them up and eat.

No Bake Cookies Recipe

Here’s what you need:

  • 8 whole-wheat graham cracker squares, finely ground

  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup of smooth natural peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons honey

  • 4 teaspoons of unsweetened coconut

Here’s what you do:

  1. Mix the ground whole-wheat graham crackers, chocolate, peanut butter and honey in a small bowl

  2. Pat the mix into 8 cookies and press lightly in coconut

You’re ready to eat!
